Mutual Support Group
Oz International Student Hub with the support of Sydney Community Forum and Sydney Alliance have established a peer support group to create a community of care among international students who understand the importance of mental health and well-being.

Headspace recognises the importance of Mental health during this COVID 19 pandemic, specially among young people, friends and family from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
They have translated the ‘About headspace’ flyer, which contains basic information of headspace mental health services , into 20 additional languages.

Multilingual Coping Tools
THIS WAY UP is an Australian provider of evidence-based, internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT). They have translated coping tools and factsheets in diverse languages and you can used them to cope with the current pandemic stress.
Radiant Mental Health
Radiant is e-forum that connects international students focused in improving and understanding their mental health and those trained and qualified to provide that professional support.
Radiant is supporting the wellbeing of international students during COVID-19 through generous funding by the City of Sydney and the Community Services Grant 2020-21.
